What you get

See all work with results

The Friends of Amstel stage at night: tall LED towers showing Amstel roundels, lions and lettering, with the crowd in front.

Tech-powered events, from pop-ups to festivals, with ticketing and LED built in.

Where experience meets technology: one partner from start to finish, instead of a list of separate suppliers. Every guest who signs up can be invited back.

Ticketing and sign-up

Know who came, and invite them back.

  • Your own branded ticket shop, with phases, limits and promo codes.
  • Cashless payments and wristbands on the day.
  • Free Wi-Fi sign-up at the door, with consent to stay in touch.
  • Live numbers on the night, and a guest list you own afterwards.

Ticketing is where an event starts, and where its data comes from. Our platform carries every guest from the first ticket to the next invite. It runs in the phone’s browser on the organiser’s own web address, so nobody has to download an app.

The guest’s journey, end to end

  1. Before the event

    Sell, share and get ready

    • Tickets in the organiser’s own web app: early bird, phases, VIP, tables and bundles, with promo codes and a limit per order. When a phase sells out, the next one opens by itself.
    • Promoters and influencers each get their own link or promo code. Every ticket they sell is tracked live, and commission is set per ticket type and paid on confirmed sales.
    • Seats picked on a map, the line-up and set times, the event map and a shuttle booking, all in the same app.
    • Extra tickets go to friends by WhatsApp link. Each friend registers to accept, so every guest is known.
    • Guests can load their wallet before they arrive.

    • The Truth ticketing app's Buy Tickets screen for a Big Weekend event, with Phase 1 and Phase 2 ticket prices, booking fees and availability.

    • The Online Promoters screen: buttons for stats, invites, promoters, commissions, banking details and payments, and a panel to copy a promo code or share a direct link.

    • A Select Seating screen with a venue seating plan, a ticket-type filter and the chosen level, section, row and seats.
Seats on a map (Kulcha Kollektiv proposal)
  2. At the event

    In, around, pay and play

    • Scan to enter. The ticket lives in the guest’s passport, a QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot won’t get in. Every scan is logged, and an RFID wristband is the backup if a phone dies.
    • Find the way. The event map shows every space, from the stages to the bars and vendors.
    • Pay with a tap. The passport or an NFC wristband pays at bars, food stalls and merchandise counters, from the guest’s wallet. No cash, no queues, and every sale tracked.
    • Vendors scan with any phone, with no special hardware, and see their own sales and claims live.
    • Brands meet the guests. Scan, play or spin to win brand merchandise, a free drink or other product, claimed in the app.
    • Free Wi-Fi sign-up at the door, with consent to stay in touch.

    • A My Passport screen with a large QR code that refreshes every 30 seconds.

    • A Rewards screen: a branded white T-shirt and cap, priced at R650 or 6,500 points, with a size menu and a Claim button.
      Brand merchandise as a reward
    • A My Vouchers screen listing a movie ticket, a kids' meal and an ice cream, each with the number available and a Use my Voucher button.
      Free product vouchers
  3. After the event

    Report, thank and invite back

    • What is left in the wallet stays the guest’s, to spend next time or draw back out.
    • Photos and videos from the photobooth go straight to the guest’s phone.
    • Short surveys in the app tell organisers and sponsors how the night went.
    • Reports for organisers, vendors and brands: graphs, filters and one-click exports to Excel.
    • Guests opt in on the night, so the next event’s email, SMS, WhatsApp and push messages go only to people who said yes.

See it in Kulcha Kollektiv · L.I.F.E Fest · GrandWest ticketing

    • A vendor's Claims screen: vouchers claimed this month, a date-range filter and a list of claims by date, time, transaction ID and quantity.
      Vendor reports (GrandWest proposal)

Every guest has a wallet

  • Top up by card in the app or at a kiosk, before the event or on the night.
  • Pay with a tap, and see the balance after every tap and the full history at any time.
  • Receive rewards, credits and vouchers from brands in the same wallet.
  • Move funds in and out as they please.
  • A My Wallet screen showing the wallet balance and a Top Up My Wallet button.

Who gets what

  • Organisers

Every ticket, promoter and vendor tracked in real time, and a guest list that is theirs.

  • Vendors

Scan with any phone, take cashless payments and see their own sales reports.

  • Promoters and influencers

Their own link or code, live sales and commission paid through the platform.

  • Brands

Sponsor banners, activations and rewards that reach the guests, measured on the platform.

  • Event goers

Truth Nightclub runs on the platform today. The other case studies are proposals that show what it does. Taking part in Hello Brand campaigns is for people aged 18 and over.
