Media and venue screens

We put your brand on connected screens in the places people choose to spend time, then link what they see to what they do next.

Start a project

For brands, venues, agencies

A laptop shows an out-of-home campaign dashboard: forecasted views against actual views by day, and a map of billboard locations with the ad plays at each site.

What you get

See all work with results

A busy bar at night: people at long tables under warm pendant lights, and a wall screen showing a rugby match inside a Carling Black Label advert.

Your brand on connected screens where people relax, measured play by play.

Out-of-home media is often bought on estimates. Our screens are connected, so we can tell you what played and where, and every response to it comes back to Hello Brand OS. Where a number is an estimate, the report says so.

The formats a campaign runs in
  • Full screen

A full-screen Aperol advert on a venue TV: two glasses of Aperol Spritz raised in a toast, a card with a QR code to scan to take part and an 18+ responsible-drinking line.
  • Bottom scroller · Format demonstration

  • L-shape squeeze back · Format demonstration

  • Portrait POS

How the network works

Four parts work as one. What plays on the screen and what people do next end up in the same place.

  1. 1 · Your brand

    Book and brief

    • Choose the audience, the places and the dates.
    • Supply the advert, or let us make it.
    • See results in your own account.
  2. 2 · Hello Brand OS

    Build, route and count

    • Build the campaign from game and reward templates and your content.
    • Send each venue the right campaign.
    • Collect every response for the report.
  3. 3 · The venue

    Play it on screen

    • Brand Box plays the campaign on the venue's own TVs.
    • The venue Wi-Fi opens the campaign page when guests connect.
    • Staff help guests redeem on the spot.
  4. 4 · The guest

    Scan, play, claim

    • Scan the code on screen or join the free Wi-Fi.
    • Play, enter or claim a reward on their own phone.
    • Answer a few questions, with consent.

Every play, scan and redemption flows back to Hello Brand OS, so one report covers the screen and the response to it.

Three ways your advert sits on a venue TV

  • Full screenYour advert fills the screen, in high definition.
  • L-shape squeeze backThe match shrinks into a smaller window for 15 seconds while your advert wraps around it. The game never stops.
  • Bottom scrollerA strip along the bottom carries your message while the broadcast plays above it.

Content is loaded through a cloud-based system, so a campaign can change across every venue at once. The drawings show where the advert sits; the videos below show it running.

Plan, book and measure

Our media planning platform takes a campaign from “who do we want to reach?” to a report on who we did reach.

Five steps on one platform

  1. 01Target

Pick the audience by age, gender and interests, and the kinds of places: bars, restaurants, liquor stores and more.

  2. 02Estimate

See the expected audience before you buy: views and unique reach by age group and gender.

  3. 03Choose sites

Pick screens on a map. Every site shows its format, size, setting and expected audience.

  4. 04Cost and schedule

See the cost per site and per day, and set the dates. We negotiate with media owners for you.

  5. 05Report

Learn how many people you reached, who they were, and where they work and spend time.

What each site tells you before you book

No guesswork about a screen you have never seen. Each site in the plan has a card with where it is, what it is, and the audience it is expected to deliver, so you can compare sites like for like.

Share of time is the part of the screen's airtime your campaign gets. eCPM is the cost of a thousand views. More terms are explained on Audience analytics and ROI.

What your report shows

Every report answers three questions: how many did I reach, who did I reach, and where do they spend their time?

Last-mile media

Bike Box: your advert on delivery bikes Concept

A concept: digital display boxes on last-mile delivery bikes, so your message travels the streets around stores and malls. We manage the fleet's displays and upload the adverts, and the riders share in the advertising revenue.

  • Screens that move

Each bike carries a digital display box, with your advert running in rotation as riders deliver.

  • Riders who are looked after

Training in road safety, insurance for the rider and the box, and points-based rewards for safe, on-time driving.

  • Start with a pilot

    A three-month pilot with a fleet of 10 to 50, 50 to 100, or 100 to 250 and more bikes.

  • Brand Box

The connected device that puts campaigns on venue screens.

  • Hello Brand OS

Where screen campaigns are scheduled, monitored and reported.

  • For venues

What hosting connected screens involves for a venue.

Tell us where your audience gathers.

Share what you want to achieve and who you want to reach. We will come back with how Hello Brand could help, and what it would take.
