Find out where your venue fits: Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum.
Answer a few questions about your venue. We review every venue against the same five criteria, then tell you its tier and what that tier receives. Regular events can lift a venue one tier.
Bronze, Silver and Gold venues earn 30% of the brand advertising on their screens. Venues with large audiences can also apply to become a Brand Box partner: host a Brand Box and link to brand campaigns on their screens.

What we ask, and where it goes
- You and your venue. Your name and contact details, the venue's address and province, On Trade or Off Trade, and the type of venue.
- Venue profile, which sets your tier. How many people the venue holds, its size, monthly turnover, TV screens and DStv. Then Wi-Fi, what you stock, and the events you run: DJs, quiz nights, sports games, comedy and live music.
- Partnership. Whether you'd like a Brand Box, your trading days and hours, and your privacy choices.
How it connects to Hello Brand OS
- A Venue ID for life. Once we confirm your venue, it gets a permanent Venue ID with its tier beside it, for example HB-VEN-000123 · GLD. If the tier changes, the ID stays the same.
- Your Brand Box, linked. A Brand Box at your venue gets its own Brand Box ID, tied to your Venue ID.
- One record in Hello Brand OS. Your venue joins the Venue Partner platform, the venue side of Hello Brand OS. Your profile, including the events you run, helps brands find the right venues, and your venue dashboard shows the campaigns on your screens.

We review every venue against the same five criteria: location, capacity, monthly turnover, TV screens with DStv, and size. Regular events can lift a venue one tier. We'll contact you to confirm your tier and what it includes.

You may qualify as a Brand Box partner
Platinum, Gold and Silver venues can host a Brand Box as partners and open advertising slots to brand campaigns on their screens; Bronze venues can rent one if they wish. Brands pay per 1,000 ad views (CPM): R220 to R280 at Gold, off-peak to peak, excl. VAT, and Platinum on request. On a 70/30 revenue share, 30% of the advertising revenue comes to you.
Commercial upside: campaign deals and advertising revenue, plus a built-in ticketing app that makes the venue money.
R1 300 a month for Gold membership with a Brand Box, excl. VAT
Gold membership without a Brand Box is R1 000 a month. Ticketing: 4.5% of ticket sales (2% commission and 2.5% card processing) and R2.50 per ticket transaction.

Eligibility is confirmed at review, and partnerships start with a signed 12-month agreement.
Not yet at Bronze. You can still rent a Brand Box for in-house advertising and get a free listing.

You asked to be considered as a Brand Box partner: partnership is for Platinum, Gold and Silver venues (Bronze venues can rent a Brand Box), and the review confirms your tier.
What your screens could earn each month
The 30% share is for Bronze, Silver and Gold venues. If your review places your venue at Bronze, it looks like this.
At Bronze, brands pay R100 to R150 per 1,000 ad views, off-peak to peak, excl. VAT. Your 30% is R30 to R45 per 1,000 views.

Your free venue listing, and what a membership adds
Every venue gets a free listing. A monthly membership adds more, in three levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Platinum sites get a tailored package. Your membership level is separate from your venue tier.

All prices exclude VAT. Hello Brand (Pty) Ltd is VAT registered. The free listing stays free; Bronze, Silver and Gold are paid monthly. Your first month is a free trial and design setup is free. Added features are priced separately. Bronze, Silver and Gold venues also earn 30% of the brand advertising on their screens.
What happens next
- We review your answers.
- We call or visit to confirm the details.
- We confirm your tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum) and give your venue its permanent Venue ID, with the tier beside it.
- Partners only: we agree and sign the partner agreement before anything is installed. Your Brand Box gets its own Brand Box ID, linked to your Venue ID.
- Your venue goes live on the Venue Partner platform in Hello Brand OS, where your dashboard shows the campaigns on your screens.
The better a venue performs, the more support it receives, whether through brand merchandise, activations or promotional opportunities.
